Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing: Lead internal planning and execution of marketing initiatives aligned with business goals, collaborating across teams for cohesive, cross-channel delivery.
- Content & Communications: Oversee creation of content and materials for launches, brand positioning, demand generation, and sales enablement, ensuring clear, consistent messaging.
- Digital Marketing & Campaigns: Direct digital campaigns across email, social, web, and paid media; track performance and optimize for results.
- Website Management: Manage and update website content for relevance, accuracy, SEO, and user experience, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
- Social Media & Content Strategy: Build and execute content strategies for social and digital platforms to drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Team Management: Lead and support a small marketing team, aligning efforts with business goals and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, and Exec teams to align marketing with business priorities and integrate emerging trends and tools.
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated success in creating and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and motivating high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication skills, including writing, editing, and presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficient in using a variety of marketing tools, such as CMS platforms, email marketing systems, automation software, and analytics tools
- Adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting tight deadlines
- Analytical and data-focused, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Effective at fostering collaboration and building relationships across cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; or an additional three years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- At least five years of marketing experience, including time spent in a leadership role
- Prior experience in a B2B or tech-focused industry is preferred
