Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager/Director will lead strategic marketing initiatives for both Dental Nachos and Dentist Job Connect. This role requires leadership skills, project management expertise, and a strategic mindset to oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns and the coordination of the marketing team.


Key Responsibilities:


Project and Campaign Management:

  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between marketing, sales, and operations
  • Develop processes and workflows to maintain efficiency in campaign execution.
  • Proof and approve content, graphics, and messaging for brand consistency.

Strategic Marketing Oversight:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand presence.
  • Lead campaign strategy across email, text, social media, and web platforms.
  • Align marketing activities between Dental Nachos and Dentist Job Connect for consistency and synergy.
  • Manage the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (social, email, text)
  • Mentor and guide the marketing coordinators and social media coordinator, fostering professional growth.

Data and Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs, using tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and increase engagement.
  • Present performance insights to leadership with actionable recommendations.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Guide team members in content creation, strategy execution, and audience engagement.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings to provide feedback and support.
  • Encourage innovation and creative problem-solving within the team.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
