The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing all marketing activities in the US, working closely with the central UK-based team. This role is ideal for an experienced marketer who is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, as the role will require a high degree of autonomy. The position is initially a 3-month temporary assignment, with the potential for transition to a permanent role, depending on business needs.

A global professional services organization with a growing presence in the United States, our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead their marketing activities in the US.

Description


  • Lead all US marketing initiatives, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Director based in the UK.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns from strategy to implementation, focusing on B2B marketing in a professional services environment (experience managing consultancy marketing preferred).

  • Drive thought leadership initiatives and content creation for B2B audiences.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.

  • Support the central UK marketing team and contribute to global marketing initiatives.


Profile


  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a professional services or consultancy environment.

  • Proven ability to manage and execute marketing campaigns independently, from conceptualization to delivery.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with senior leaders.

  • Experience working with or managing marketing teams, with a strong understanding of cross-functional collaboration.

  • Experience with developing thought leadership and content marketing strategies.

  • Ability to work flexibly, including in-office presence when required (details to be determined), with remote work flexibility.
