We're currently seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence across all platforms.


Position Summary:

The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to support property listings, brand visibility, and business objectives. This role requires a strong background in digital and traditional marketing, team leadership, project management, and a passion for real estate. Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years of relevant experience and the ability to take ownership of the marketing function within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote property listings, company initiatives, and enhance brand awareness
  • Lead content strategy and oversee content creation for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and marketing collateral
  • Manage and optimize the company website and third-party listing platforms to ensure timely and accurate property information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external agencies, photographers, and designers to execute marketing projects on time and within budget
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate regular reports with insights and recommendations
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, postcards, and signage
  • Plan and manage events such as open houses, broker tours, and community activations
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all marketing channels
  • Identify and explore new marketing opportunities, tools, and technologies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing, ideally within real estate, property development, or a related industry
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities with a track record of executing successful campaigns
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
  • Familiarity with MLS systems and real estate marketing platforms is a plus
