Are you a growth-driven marketing professional with a strong background in SEO and digital strategy? We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and enhance our local and digital marketing efforts from the ground up. This is a fully in-person position, ideal for someone who wants to make a real impact in a close-knit, fast-moving team.

You'll manage all aspects of our marketing function-digital campaigns, SEO performance, email lead generation, and branding-while also representing the company at local trade shows. We're looking for someone who not only knows the tools and strategies but can also drive execution, optimize for results, and directly contribute to increased sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand digital marketing efforts across existing platforms, driving measurable improvement in traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Own SEO strategy and execution, including keyword optimization, on-page and technical SEO, link-building, and content direction to increase organic growth and visibility.
  • Maintain and optimize the company website, ensuring strong site performance, user experience, and lead conversion.
  • Manage and update Google My Business pages, local listings, and social media profiles to ensure cohesive brand presence.
  • Run targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and generate commercial business opportunities.
  • Plan and coordinate local trade shows and community marketing events, ensuring strong brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to uncover opportunities for growth and translate marketing efforts into real business results.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of full-cycle marketing experience
  • 2-4 years of proven SEO and digital marketing experience - this is a core focus of the role
  • 2-4 years of hands-on email marketing experience (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
  • Experience maintaining WordPress websites and optimizing user journeys
  • Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Analytics, and other SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)
  • Ability to own projects from strategy to execution
  • Leadership potential or prior team management experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
