POSITION OVERVIEW: Terrible's and JETT Gaming are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across our diverse Food & Beverage and Gaming portfolio. This includes bars, restaurants, casinos, slot routes, and quick-service restaurants (QSR) locations. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a passion for branding, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director on assigned projects and lead the execution of marketing initiatives for all F&B/Gaming properties, including bars, restaurants, casinos, slot routes, and QSR locations, to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines across all F&B/Gaming locations.
- Support creative development, including menu updates, print signage, gaming rules, e-blasts, billboards, TV/Radio, direct mail and on property promotional content.
- Oversee the production, auditing, and ordering of marketing collateral and signage across all properties.
- Maintain and update digital content, including websites and digital signage.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand's positioning, voice, and key messaging.
- Contribute to the development of the annual marketing strategy in alignment with brand identity and market trends.
- Conduct competitive analysis in local markets and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a strong market position.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve return on investment and guide future strategy.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing events; maintain an up-to-date marketing and event calendar.
- Partner with property operations teams to ensure effective on-property marketing support.
- Foster clear communication between marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
- Manage and direct customer inquiries to appropriate teams to support a positive guest experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, preferably in the Food & Beverage or Gaming industries.
- Proven experience in both digital and print marketing, including email campaigns, website management, on-property signage, TV/radio advertising, and direct mail.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to shifting workloads.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a strong eye for detail and the ability to develop and execute campaigns from concept to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a brand guardian-ensuring all content aligns with brand identity, tone, and values.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, customer service, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel), Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); video/digital software experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently under pressure with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of emerging marketing trends and technologies, with a focus on leveraging innovation to drive business results.
