Job Summary:
As the marketing manager, you will lead and implement strategies to enhance online sales,
customer acquisition, and business growth across our app and web platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the Customer Acquisition Charter: Achieve targets for GMV and new user
acquisition.
Design and Implement Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate campaigns across channels
for maximum reach and impact.
Manage CRM Strategies: Develop personalized CRM journeys (push, WhatsApp, SMS,
email, RCS).
Oversee Discounting Strategies and Sale Events: Strategize discounting and execute
large-scale sales events.
Lead Brand Building: Take charge of brand campaigns across ATL, BTL and digital
channels.
Enhancements for App + Web: Proactively come up with data-backed improvements for
better customer acquisition and experience.
Must-Haves:
4-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally from the ecommerce marketplace
vertical
Proven ability to manage a revenue of at least 5-10 Crore per month.
Strong data analytics skills, should be able to effectively pick out insights, learnings and
concerns from datasets.
Proficiency in using tools like CleverTap and Google Analytics.
Good interpersonal skills & confidence to lead discussions with stakeholders at all levels
Good to Haves:
Background in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Degree in Business / Marketing.
Interest / inclination towards brand building / effective communication with customers.
