This isn't a role for someone looking to "manage" a team. This is for someone who's ready to build, own, and create magic-both online and on-ground. You'll play a core role in making Mackly the most loved kids' brand in India.
Your Role: Build the Brand, Build the Tribe
You'll lead all things marketing-from digital to physical, from ad creatives to real-life community experiences.
We're looking for someone who:
- Thinks digital, but loves real-world engagement
- Can go from campaign decks to leading events on-ground
- Builds teams, systems, and a brand that sticks in people's hearts
You'll Build & Lead These Teams
- Content Team - Copywriters, content creators
- Design Team - Graphic designers, video editors
- Performance Marketing - Meta, Google, YouTube Ads
- Social Media & Community - Instagram + WhatsApp growth, LinkedIn
- CRM & WhatsApp Marketing - Campaigns, automations, retargeting
- On-Ground & Community Activation Team - Events, school tie-ups, sports clubs, pop-ups, PR
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the full marketing team (in-house & freelance)
- Plan and execute 360 campaigns (digital + offline)
- Set and track performance KPIs (growth, ROI, engagement)
- Conceptualize and execute sales offers, bundles, and promotional strategies for online and offline retail
- Own and scale on-ground marketing:
- Events at schools, parks, and community spaces
- Collaborations with sports coaches, clubs, activity centers
- Local pop-ups, parent-led groups, community fitness meets
- Drive WhatsApp and email marketing as powerful CRM tools
- Run a high-performance performance marketing strategy
- Align with sales, product, retail, and customer service to boost conversions and footfall
