Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager - North America to develop and execute region-specific marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across the U.S. and Canada. This role is ideal for a self-starter who understands the AECO ecosystem and can tailor go-to-market initiatives that resonate with architects, engineers, contractors, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns tailored to the North American BIM and AECO market.
- Drive demand generation through integrated programs including digital marketing, events, webinars, email campaigns, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Manage the North America marketing budget and ensure ROI tracking and reporting for all initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support pipeline growth and align marketing efforts with regional sales objectives.
- Localize global content and create region-specific marketing assets such as case studies, whitepapers, brochures, and video content.
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships and industry events to boost regional visibility.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Track KPIs and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for senior leadership.
- Oversee local PR efforts and media relationships in North America.
- Coordinate with global product marketing and corporate communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 6 to 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in the BIM, AEC, or construction technology sectors.
- Proven track record of driving lead generation and executing successful marketing campaigns in North America.
- Deep understanding of the AEC buyer journey and BIM workflows.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, fast-paced environment.
