Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating and developing marketing policies, programs, and campaigns for Smart Family of Cooling Products.
Essential Job Duties
- Responsible for ensuring that Vinyl's and Installation, Operation, and Maintenance's (IOM's) are prepared and ready for the customer.
- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan.
- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives including impact on lead flow and retention.
- Design and purchase unit vinyl's and tags for each Factory Order prior to unit production.
- Assemble and modify unit IOM's and technical documentation for customers prior to shipment.
- Responsible for coordinating start-up, training, and marketing videos for YouTube, Smart Academy, and the company website.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog posts that attracts our target groups.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget and allocate funds wisely.
- Instruct technician and sales training classes as needed.
- Manage company website and social media with help of third-party vendors.
- Assist with selling stock equipment.
- Create and maintain tracking system for new clients secured through marketing initiatives.
- Create POs for sales from new clients
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Technical or Engineering background preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a related field.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and work on a computer.
- Must be able to transport 15 pounds at times.
