Stat is on the hunt for a sharp, strategic, and execution-hungry marketing manager who can thrive in a high-autonomy, high-impact environment. We're not hiring for a box on an org chart or a specific job title-we're hiring the right person for the right level of ownership. We will tailor job title, responsibilities, and compensation to the right candidate.
This role is ideal for someone who's deep in a few marketing disciplines, fluent in many, and hungry to stretch across them all. Think content creation, paid media, campaign strategy, SEO/website, product marketing, sales enablement, PR/reputation, marketing ops, and more. Now, you don't need to be an expert in everything, but you should have enough range and curiosity to hold your own in most.
Marketing Expertise We Need:
- Working closely with our sales team to understand the healthcare industry, the needs of our ICP, and the voice of the customer
- Leading/executing marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Creating content that gets read-blogs, ads, email, social, sales enablement, and more
- Overseeing website updates, SEO strategy, and basic CMS maintenance (we're not asking for dev work, just smart stewardship)
- Supporting product launches with positioning and go-to-market strategy
- Building and improving marketing operations (we love a clean CRM and clear reporting)
- Helping shape our social and reputation footprint-reviews, PR, and word-of-mouth
- Collaborating tightly with sales, product, customer success and leadership to connect marketing efforts to business results
What We're Looking For:
- A strong T-shaped-skillset: deep in 3-4 areas, broad in many
- Experience owning initiatives end-to-end-you set the plan, you execute, you optimize
- A builder's mindset: proactive, practical, detail-obsessed, and allergic to corporate bloat
- A person who thrives working and collaborating in-office
- Excellent communicator-clear, concise, and occasionally clever
- Comfortable working solo and cross-functionally (we're small but mighty)
- Bonus: experience with healthcare, B2B SaaS, or startups
