We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our growth strategy and help us drive high-quality leads through multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Role Overview: As the Marketing Manager - Lead Generation at Spartan Capital, you will be responsible for driving our lead generation initiatives across a variety of channels, including texting, direct mail, press 1 calling, email marketing, PPC (Pay-Per-Click), and social media. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll develop and execute targeted marketing strategies, manage a team, and optimize campaigns to increase qualified leads for the business.

You will work closely with our sales teams to ensure that lead generation efforts align with overall business goals, drive engagement, and increase conversion rates. Your expertise in creating high-impact, measurable campaigns will be key in positioning Spartan Capital for growth and success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies across multiple channels (text messaging, direct mail, press 1 calling, email, PPC, and social media) to attract, nurture, and convert high-quality leads.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across all channels, ensuring that each campaign meets key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of lead generation initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize data and analytics to track the performance of marketing campaigns, adjust strategies, and ensure continuous improvement in lead quality and campaign ROI.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of leads, alignment on lead qualification criteria, and successful conversion strategies.
  • Marketing Technology & Automation: Leverage marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to streamline processes, enhance targeting, and improve lead nurturing efforts.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI on lead generation activities.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with content and design teams to develop engaging, persuasive, and relevant content for different marketing channels.

Skills and Experience:

  • Lead Generation Expertise: Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies across multiple channels, including text messaging, direct mail, press 1 calling, email marketing, PPC, and social media.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-backed decisions to optimize results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with sales, product, and design teams to create effective lead generation strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Marketing Automation & Tools: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics) to track and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey marketing strategies to stakeholders.
  • FinTech Experience (Preferred): Experience working in the financial services or FinTech industry is a plus but not required.
