Over the past 25 years, ACE has delivered more than 100,000 scholarships worth over $330million. This school year, ACE is serving approximately 14,000+ children in
Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming, and is actively pursuing other expansion opportunities with the support of a national funding partner. Position Overview The Marketing Manager is a visual brand steward and cross-functional collaborator who helps ensure all marketing materials produced by ACE Scholarships are high-quality, mission-aligned, and visually consistent. Reporting to the National Director of Marketing & Communications, this role will lead the creation, execution, and oversight of all branded materials - print and digital - while managing both internal projects and external design vendors.
This role blends hands-on design ability with strategic oversight to ensure ACE's brand is implemented effectively across campaigns, reports, presentations, and fundraising tools.
Primary Job Responsibilities1. Brand Management & Visual Identity
- Ensure consistent application of ACE's brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
- Serve as the internal expert and guardian of ACE's visual identity.
- Educate staff and external vendors on proper use of branding assets.
2. Design & Creative Execution - Create or edit designs for reports, presentations, one-pagers, brochures, signage, event assets, and other collateral.
- Use tools such as Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Canva to produce compelling visual materials.
- Support quick-turn design needs and manage brand templates across teams.
- Oversee or execute:
- Branding consistency (look, feel, voice, language)
- Graphic design management
- PowerPoint and presentation graphics
- One-pagers
- BOA packets
- Impact reports
- Event graphic design needs
- Design production, management, and execution as needed
- Media buy execution and monitoring (as applicable)
3. Campaign & Collateral Development - Partner with Communications Manager and Events Team to develop materials that support fundraising, advocacy, and program engagement.
- Oversee design and production for materials such as the annual report, donor decks, and digital collateral.
4. Project & Vendor Management - Manage timelines and workflow for creative projects using platforms like Asana.
- Collaborate with and provide creative direction to freelance designers or agency partners.
- Ensure on-time delivery and quality of all visual assets.

- Ability to manage creative workflows with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with digital advertising, web asset design, and print asset design
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; clear, professional written and verbal presentation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced and mission-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Word Press, MailChimp
Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent working experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing design and brand management.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Mailchimp, Canva, Office365, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana).
- Hands-on design skills with the ability to produce polished marketing materials independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for educational freedom, school choice, and ACE's mission.
Location, Travel, and Reporting - This is an in-office position based in Denver, CO.
- Reports to National Marketing & Communications Director
- Currently, no direct reports.
- 0-5% travel throughout the year
FLSA Status: Full-time, Exempt.
Compensation/Benefits Annual Salary of $75,000 - $85,000 and eligible for annual performance bonuses, plus benefits package, which includes but is not limited to:

Actual compensation offered will be finalized at offer and may be above the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer represents the components of our total rewards package.
