About the Role:

This individual will bring a proven track record as a strong general marketer, with skills to drive and collaborate effectively with agency partners. If you have CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) experience and a strong understanding of digital strategies, you could be an amazing fit for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Leadership: Develop, manage, and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals, particularly within the CPG sector.
- Agency Collaboration: Lead and oversee external agency work, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and align with brand objectives.
- Digital Marketing: Design, execute, and optimize innovative digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and emerging AI tools to improve customer engagement and brand recognition.
- Insights & Analysis: Leverage data analysis tools to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights to refine ongoing strategies.
- Market Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our marketing strategies cutting-edge.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 3 - 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, including time spent working in the CPG industry, with a familiarity in leading integrated marketing campaigns.
- Digital Expertise: Robust understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
- Analytical Ability: Comfortable using data to inform decisions and create measurable impact.
- Creativity & Execution: Strong ability to develop compelling campaigns that balance creativity with ROI-driven focus.
