Position Summary
Ideal Partners is looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and help elevate our brand in a competitive industry. This individual will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies that support brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth. The right candidate will bring a strong blend of leadership, creativity, and analytical insight.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and manage long-term marketing strategies that support overall business goals.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
- Oversee the marketing calendar and budget to ensure effective use of resources.
- Safeguard brand consistency and ensure clear, cohesive messaging across all channels.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, print, and email platforms.
- Produce high-impact content for the web, social channels, emails, and printed materials.
- Enhance SEO efforts to increase web traffic and search visibility.
Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs including website performance, lead generation, and campaign ROI.
- Use data insights to optimize marketing activities and pivot strategies when necessary.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering professional growth and strong team dynamics.
- Work closely with internal departments including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure brand alignment and unified messaging.
Additional Responsibilities
- Organize internal training sessions and provide support for industry trade shows and sales events.
- Maintain marketing inventory such as promotional merchandise and printed collateral.
- Stay informed on industry developments and adopt emerging marketing technologies and trends.
- Design and manage content for three company-owned websites.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing a marketing function, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading marketing campaigns and team initiatives.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (including Dreamweaver).
- Experience in web design and maintenance.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing metrics.
