Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce and retail marketing, with expertise in both B2B and B2C strategies. This role involves developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across multiple channels. You will lead efforts to enhance our online presence, manage product listings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that drive brand awareness and sales for our product lines, focusing on both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and content marketing.
  • eCommerce Platform Management: Oversee the management and optimization of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage high-quality marketing content for the website, social media, email campaigns, digital ads, and print materials that align with our brand identity and values.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and the competitive landscape, informing product positioning and marketing decisions.
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing: Manage social media campaigns to drive engagement, build community, and promote new products and services. Oversee paid media campaigns, SEO/SEM efforts, and email marketing strategies.
  • Brand Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and build partnerships with key influencers, industry leaders, and other businesses to expand our reach and visibility.
  • Event Marketing: Organize and manage trade shows, industry events, and promotional campaigns to showcase our products, foster relationships, and grow brand recognition.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales team to create marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials that support the sales process. Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and effective project execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Experience managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and online marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media management, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Creative and strategic thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the retail or e-commerce sector, particularly in B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and customer behavior within the e-commerce and retail space.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and customer journey optimization.
  • A passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with industry trends
