LOCATION: In-office work at least 3 days per week (Tue, Wed, Thu) in the El Segundo Area of Los Angeles, CA.

JOB SUMMARY


The Junior Marketing Manager supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and retail channels. This role is ideal for an early-career marketing professional who is highly motivated, eager to learn, and excited to build their marketing career with a fast-paced, community-driven brand.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Campaign Support & Coordination

  • Assist in the execution of multi-channel campaigns, including social media, email marketing, influencer activations, and product launches.
  • Coordinate timelines and asset delivery in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations including tracking campaign metrics and reporting on performance.

Content & Creative Collaboration

  • Work with creative and social media teams to develop and review content for various platforms.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across touchpoints, ensuring messaging and visuals align with G Fuel's tone and identity.

Community Engagement & Activation

  • Participate in online community engagement initiatives, giveaways, and collaborations with creators and fans.
  • Monitor social channels and community responses to help inform content and campaign direction.

Market & Competitor Research

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights.
  • Share findings with the team to inform marketing strategies and creative development.

Cross-functional Support

  • Partner with sales, partnerships, and ecommerce teams to align marketing efforts with go-to-market plans.
  • Attend and assist with events, pop-ups, or gaming conventions when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a marketing, social media, or ecommerce environment (internships or full-time roles).
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Google Analytics, or content scheduling platforms is a plus.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong communicator with a collaborative spirit.
  • Passion for gaming, content creation, or youth brands is a major plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-moving marketing team.
