About The Role:

The Crowd is excited to be partnering with a respected architecture practice known for its award-winning work in the public realm, from parks and plazas to large-scale urban plans. Backed by decades of design excellence and a strong national and international presence, this award-winning studio is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its Dallas team.

This is a high-impact role suited to a strategic thinker and strong writer who can thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate will bring a talent for crafting compelling narratives and leading public-sector proposals through the entirety of the proposal process. You will work closely with the studio's principal and project teams to position the office's growing portfolio, with the support of firmwide marketing leadership and resources.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of marketing for a smaller, high-performing studio within a nationally recognized and stable firm, offering long-term potential for growth. The full-time, in-office role comes with competitive compensation, generous benefits, and the chance to grow alongside a talented team in a design-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of qualifications packages, proposals, and interview materials for public-sector work, managing multiple deadlines and deliverables at once
  • Translate complex design ideas into clear, compelling written narratives that reflect the firm's voice and values
  • Collaborate closely with principals, designers, and administrative staff to develop tailored responses for RFPs and RFQs
  • Support ongoing updates to marketing content and project data, ensuring consistent branding and positioning
  • Liaise with the national marketing and communications team to share best practices and align on firmwide initiatives

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in AEC marketing, ideally with a focus on proposals for public-sector projects
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with an ability to synthesize technical material into persuasive content
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office; comfort working in fast-moving document production workflows
  • Self-directed, adaptable, and capable of managing shifting priorities with composure and follow-through
  • A background in English, journalism, communications, or design-related fields is strongly preferred
