This role requires a strategic thinker with an acute understanding of positioning, brand storytelling, and aspirational customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align with the brand's positioning and long-term growth objectives.
- Lead the conceptualization and delivery of multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, events, and partnerships.
- Curate compelling narratives that celebrate our heritage and customer experience
- Strategically manage influencer and ambassador relationships to maintain brand exclusivity and prestige.
- Oversee content production with a discerning eye for visual storytelling, ensuring all materials online and in store reflect the standards and refinement of our brand
- Lead strategic partnerships with media, retail partners, and cultural institutions.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including paid media, SEO, CRM, and social media, with a focus on our ideal customer acquisition and engagement.
- Monitor KPIs and deliver comprehensive campaign reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the appropriate sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the luxury or premium fashion sector.
- Deep understanding of brand dynamics, consumer behavior, and the importance of brand standards.
- Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a refined, brand-appropriate tone.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and luxury e-commerce best practices.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.
