Overall Job Summary

The Marketing

Manager is responsible for creating content people will find interesting and

engaging, partnering with social and email teams to distribute content, and

providing clear results-driven metrics and insights to evaluate and plan

content marketing activities.

Distributing content via social media, website updates, and physical

signage. This role will work to ensure

the marketing team captures and edit photos/videos for promotional purposes and

creates various signs and tags as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create various forms of social media content-text captions, videos, and images-suitable for the various social media platforms, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Google Business, and Instagram.
  • Publish posts according to the established content calendar.
  • Ensures content is created with best practices in mind as well as ensuring all aligns with our brand voice and standards
  • Create shot lists for review prior to video capture to ensure time filming is efficient and nothing gets missed while on location
  • Will utilize our available analytics to continually refine the content approach to ensure engagement is being driven and optimized
  • Will work on projects in partnership with existing productions as well as will produce standalone content requiring coordination with store Managers and property owners for permissions and scheduling.
  • Edit and produce high-quality, engaging video content for social media platforms that aligns with the brand's voice and tone while keeping up with the latest social media trends.
  • Stay up to date on social creator trends and emerging tools including TikTok, Canva Pro templates, Adobe Creative Suite, Soci, Meta business Suite, and Google Business, recommend ways to leverage tools to enhance social creative
  • Concept, film, edit, add transitions, music, visual effects, and text overlays.
  • Needs to be a creative thinker with a strong understanding of social media trends and the ability to multi-task and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Plan & promote promotional events.
  • Layouts of ads across multiple media and print sources.
  • We are seeking and individual that has a firm grasp of time management, self-starter, and team builder to engage all stores all while working cohesively with others.
Required Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years

of experience working in social media for a large brand or

agency. Strong understanding of social media landscape including

Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, Google Business, and emerging platforms.

Education: Bachelor's

degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Public Relations,

Communications, Journalism, Digital Media Art, or a related field. Any

suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities
  • Creative writer with exceptional storytelling skills and ability to develop WD Bryant's online brand identity and voice
  • Clear understanding of social performance metrics and KPIs with knowledge of analytics and reporting tools like Facebook Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment.
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills, quantitative and qualitative, with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with DSLR cameras/video & Drone equipment
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge and thorough understanding of the principles of marketing, advertising, promotional and digital content.
  • Experience with platforms such as, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva Pro.
  • Exceptional initiative and follow-through with an eagerness to collaborate across all WD Bryant departments
  • Retail and/or customer service experience a plus
  • Experienced at using complex content and scheduling systems, comfortable tracking large amounts of information and offer a blend of design and technical skills.
  • Strong hands-on web production skills.
  • Stay on top of digital trends, best practices and standards.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to adapt to high-performance work environment.
  • Strong verbal, written and Power Point presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail, an eye for design.
