Responsibilities
- Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to the marketing plan
- Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
- Manage end-to-end campaigns across digital and print channels, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with the company standards
- Utilize tools like HubSpot, Adobe, Illustrator, Canva, Photoshop and video editing software to create compelling content that resonates with potential homebuyers
- Create strong relationships with agencies and vendors, overseeing project deadlines, deliverables and quality
- Leverage knowledge of the Carolinas' market to craft relevant, impactful marketing that drives brand engagement and loyalty
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience in marketing, with a background in new home sales preferred
- Experience handling a budget, forecasting and working with agencies and vendors to ensure project excellence
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
