LHH is working with their client looking to add a talented Marketing Manager to their team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the creation and coordination of marketing materials and digital presence for the North American region. Primary Duties:
- Supervise the creation and updates of marketing materials such as product sheets, catalogs, and digital brochures.
- Assist with the upkeep and content updates for company websites in the U.S. and Canada, including domain management.
- Maintain marketing databases, including dealer locators and product finders, ensuring they contain current and accurate information.
- Oversee the archiving of all marketing assets (images, brochures, press kits, logos, etc.) and ensure brand consistency.
- Contribute to the content of internal and external newsletters; collaborate with cross-regional teams for relevant updates.
- Support social media content and asset coordination in partnership with global and regional teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in the automotive, aftermarket, manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage digital content platforms and marketing project workflows.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multi-channel asset libraries.

- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- CMS platforms (WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal).
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Digital asset management (DAM) systems.
- Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- Social media scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer).
- CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- SharePoint or similar collaboration tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting both B2B and B2C promotional campaigns.
- Familiarity with the North American automotive or tire sector.
- Knowledge of trademark usage and asset compliance standards.
