A growing technology company with 100 diverse professionals seeks a full-time Marketing Manager in the US to expand its presence. Our platform is currently utilized by major construction and infrastructure firms in the US and Canada.

Your profile:

  • Proven hands-on marketing experience within technology, heavy asset industries, or construction
  • Strong background in go-to-market strategies, multi-channel marketing execution, social media engagement, and trade marketing initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively as a self-driven professional, contributing directly to team efforts
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and customer service skills across various mediums (in-person, virtual meetings, direct messages, email)
  • Proficient in project management, capable of effectively managing multiple priorities and adhering to deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Willingness to travel to provide on-site event support

Your role:

Marketing and PR Strategy

  • Spearhead the planning, creation, and distribution of customized content for distributor networks, highlighting strong value propositions for end users
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement co-marketing initiatives that boost distributor engagement and support their sales targets

Digital Marketing & Channel Growth

  • Design, execute, and measure digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and SEO, optimizing tactics to expand reach and engagement
  • Actively manage social media channels to increase audience interaction, brand loyalty, and overall engagement

Event Strategy & Trade Show Management

  • Oversee and coordinate trade show and promotional event strategies, working directly with sales to maximize impact
  • Collaborate across sales, Client Success, and Product to ensure regional alignment and optimize local impact
  • Managing marketing-qualified leads

Work arrangements:

Direct report to the Director of Sales in the US
