Were seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence. The ideal candidate is data-oriented, creative, and confident in executing both traditional and digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Manage multi-channel campaigns including email, social media, SEO/SEM, content, and paid ads.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Design) to support product launches and promotions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor KPIs and report on campaign performance, optimizing for ROI.
Lead and mentor junior marketers or external vendors/freelancers.
Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Masters is a plus).
3 7 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in campaign management.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Experience with brand strategy and content planning.
Bonus Points
Experience in industry-specific experience, e.g., SaaS, e-commerce .
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
Ability to design or oversee creative assets (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
