Liquified Agency is looking for a Marketing Manager - Digital to join our Annapolis team.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes digital marketing, loves data as much as storytelling, and is looking for a seat at the strategy table.
What you'll do:
This position works directly with the Director of Marketing and supports both agency and client initiatives across a variety of industries and platforms.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Supporting digital strategy for Liquified and our client accounts-especially SEO, SEM, and website optimization
- Managing and improving SEO performance across client and agency websites (including on-page, technical, and local SEO)
- Collaborating with the marketing team on organic and paid social media strategy and content for both Liquified and client accounts
- Developing data-driven digital marketing campaigns that span search, social, email, and more
- Creating and managing email campaigns (Mailchimp experience a plus)
- Supporting integrated marketing plans across paid, earned, owned, and shared media
- Reporting on key performance indicators and recommending optimizations
- Planning, producing, and editing content-including short-form video and reels.
- Collaborating closely with our in-house creatives and developers, along with the rest of our marketing team to bring campaigns to life
- Assisting in media relations and PR activations
- Contributing to campaign concepts, client briefs, and marketing strategies
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting a culture of curiosity and creativity
- Making basic updates to client websites (WordPress experience a plus)
- Corresponding directly with clients from an account management perspective, along with engaging in project management for internal agency teams.
- Experience with the setup, implementation, and ongoing management of digital advertising campaigns

Must-Haves:
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience is a big plus.)
- Deep understanding of SEO strategy and tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of digital campaign execution and performance tracking
- Demonstrated ability to plan and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sharp project management and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress
- Ability to both film and edit short-form video for social (Reels, TikTok-style content)
