What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end demand generation strategy and execution across conferences, webinars, field events, and digital campaigns.
  • Drive pipeline generation and sales opportunities through creative, well-executed marketing programs.
  • Plan and manage conferences and field events, including pre-event marketing, onsite presence, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
  • Launch and optimize webinars in collaboration with product and sales teams.
  • Collaborate and contribute to product marketing to align messaging, themes, and positioning across programs.
  • Report on pipeline and revenue impact, using data to continuously refine and optimize programs.
  • Expand into leadership over time by helping us build the marketing team and function as we scale.

This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role - you will both set the strategy and execute the programs .

What we're looking for

  • 2-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience managing conference booths, sponsorships, or hosted events.
  • Strong experience in demand generation, field marketing, or event marketing .
  • Some exposure to product marketing - comfortable collaborating on messaging and customer narratives.
  • Excellent communication skills - you can coordinate across marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you'll wear multiple hats.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (eg, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Previous experience in an early-stage or startup environment.
