Craft and execute compelling brand, content, and go-to-market strategies that position Beaverton Foods as a leading voice in condiments, fuel customer acquisition, and support sales growth across the U.S. market.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Marketing Responsibilities
Responsible for managing Beaverton Foods outside resources and bringing as many of them in house as possible.
Organic ad creation
Paid ad creation
Marketing materials with web design
Content creation
Website web design
PR
Brand and Positioning Development
Lead the evolution of the Beaverton Foods brand identity in the U.S. market
Ensure all marketing efforts communicate a consistent, differentiated brand voice
Content Creation and Storytelling
Develop engaging content: web copy, blogs, case studies, social posts, videos, and campaign assets.
Translate technical information into customer-friendly messaging.
Work closely with sales and R&D teams to highlight real-world impact stories and product success.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Support
Collaborate with sales teams to launch new products and build campaign strategies.
Design marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, and training material for flexible and molded fiber lines.
Coordinate product launches and promotional rollouts across multiple channels.
Lead Generation and Demand Creation
Run targeted digital campaigns (LinkedIn, email, SEO, content syndication) to generate qualified leads.
Organize and support participation in trade shows and industry events.
Track campaign performance and iterate for impact.
Market and Competitive Intelligence
Stay on top of trends in Beaverton Foods channels (grocery, natural, specialty, foodservice, ecommerce).
Keep track of competition and be aware of the category performance.
Provide market feedback to product and sales teams.
Agency and Vendor Management/Coordination
Work closely and help manage external creative teams, printers, media buyers, digital partners and other vendors as needed.
Manage budgets and timelines for campaign execution.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field. MBA or Master's is appreciated.
4-7 years in B2B/B2C marketing
A Specialty that falls into one or more of these categories with the intent on focusing on bringing it in-house: Organic ad creation, Paid ad creation, Marketing materials with web design, Content creation, Website web design, PR
Demonstrated ability to craft campaigns from scratch and build brands from the ground up.
Experience working in the CPG industry
High energy, creative, entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to make a mark.
Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills.
Comfortable working in a family owned, build-as-you-go environment.
Passion for consumer products, impact-driven business, and innovation.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid driver's license required. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
