LDR Capital Management, an investment advisory firm offering strategies within the publicly traded REIT, REIT Preferred, and Real Estate Related segments of the market, is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead its Marketing & Investor Relations effort. The position would be in-person/hybrid based in the Firm's NYC office. Salary $90,000 - $120,000.
Key Requirements/Responsibilities
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience selling fixed income, real estate, or equity products into the Wirehouse, RIA, Independent Broker Dealer, and Institutional channels.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with advisors, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional investors.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong understanding of equity and fixed income markets, as well as, financial performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently within a collaborative environment with a small, but highly efficient team.
