Position Summary: Landsea Homes is seeking a Marketing Intern to join and learn alongside our dynamic marketing team. The student will gain on-the-job experience as well as provide some additional support to the Marketing team. The intern will be trained and mentored by the Director of Marketing, Senior Marketing Coordinator, and Marketing Coordinator.
Learning Objectives - The intern will gain experience in:
- o Social media content creation
- o Event planning
- o QMI advertising including photography management
- o Sales team support
- o Invoicing coding
- o Other projects that add value to the overall marketing plan
- The intern will prepare a capstone project/presentation that will be shared with the Director of Marketing and other Marketing Department team members
Experience and Qualifications: - Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- WordPress (website management software)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable communicating cross-functionally with internal and external business partners.

Physical Requirements: This is primarily a sedentary position, but some field activities may include walking on un-graded sites or general site field reviews. May be required to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard. This position requires public contact, as such, appropriate business apparel and professional appearance is expected.
