Position Summary:

Responsible for supporting the Sales & Marketing departments with various functions. This includes digital marketing, content creation, market research and analysis, on-site events, and model home maintenance.

Essential Functions: Core duties or tasks that are fundamental and not marginal to the performance of the job.
  1. Process weekly report using Looker Studio to look at Website Productivity and Metrics for Success
  2. Join weekly marketing and sales meetings and Monthly Marketing Meetings
  3. Produce various content as advised by management
    • Capture video content and home progress photos in and around local area communities to enhance website content
    • Development of Advertising Tracker
    • Advertisement and Graphic creation
  4. MLS Listings Audit: Reviewing and verifying MLS listings entered by sales agents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  5. Flyer Creation: Designing and producing flyers that effectively promote our properties, events, and services.
  6. Website Maintenance: Regularly reviewing our website to reflect current promotions, incentives, and pricing accurately. Assist with monthly internal website audit
  7. Signage Management: Ordering, scheduling, and installing signage needs for each community to support marketing and sales efforts. Driving weekend directional routes to ensure effectiveness of campaign
  8. On-Site Events: Attending on-site marketing events, communicating with customers and registering them as traffic for neighborhoods.
  9. Sales Coordination: Assist Sales Coordinator with Cleaning and Landscaping maintenance

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education:
  • High School Diploma, pursuing Bachelor Degree in Sales or Marketing field.
Experience:
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of marketing principles and techniques
  • Customer service experience
Skills Required:
  • Creative thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
Computer Skills:
  • Adobe and Canva experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • SharePoint experience a plus
