We are currently looking for a Marketing Intern for our CLIMBERS Internship Program in our Bloomfield Hills office. This 10-week program will provide the opportunity to support areas of our business and assist with special projects.

What are the responsibilities of the Marketing Intern?
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources to create reports on leasing trends, resident engagement and property performance.
  • Use Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, identify trends and report on user behavior metrics.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly dashboards summarizing marketing campaign performance, including email open rates, social media engagement, and website conversions.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts by creating posts, scheduling content and tracking engagement metrics.
  • Support email marketing campaigns by drafting content, segmenting email lists and analyzing campaign results.
  • Optimize property listings for SEO/GEO to improve visibility on search engines.
  • Create flyers, brochures and other digital marketing collateral using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Audit the company and property websites for outdated information or broken links and suggest improvements for user experience.
  • Assist with updating property pages with new photos and content.
  • Conduct competitive analysis by researching nearby properties to evaluate their marketing strategies and amenities.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new campaigns or offerings.
  • Assist in planning resident events by creating promotional materials and coordinating logistics.
  • Assist with special project, as needed.
  • Organize digital marketing assets (e.g., photos, videos) into a shared library for team use.
  • Maintain the team's intranet site.
What are the role requirements?
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college.
  • Junior or Senior level student in Marketing major is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Experience with Canva and Adobe Suite preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Must possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Regular attendance, work ethic and strong interpersonal skills are required for success in this position.
