We are currently looking for a
Marketing Intern for our
CLIMBERS Internship Program in our Bloomfield Hills office. This 10-week program will provide the opportunity to support areas of our business and assist with special projects.
What are the responsibilities of the Marketing Intern?- Gather and analyze data from various sources to create reports on leasing trends, resident engagement and property performance.
- Use Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, identify trends and report on user behavior metrics.
- Prepare weekly or monthly dashboards summarizing marketing campaign performance, including email open rates, social media engagement, and website conversions.
- Assist in managing social media accounts by creating posts, scheduling content and tracking engagement metrics.
- Support email marketing campaigns by drafting content, segmenting email lists and analyzing campaign results.
- Optimize property listings for SEO/GEO to improve visibility on search engines.
- Create flyers, brochures and other digital marketing collateral using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Audit the company and property websites for outdated information or broken links and suggest improvements for user experience.
- Assist with updating property pages with new photos and content.
- Conduct competitive analysis by researching nearby properties to evaluate their marketing strategies and amenities.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new campaigns or offerings.
- Assist in planning resident events by creating promotional materials and coordinating logistics.
- Assist with special project, as needed.
- Organize digital marketing assets (e.g., photos, videos) into a shared library for team use.
- Maintain the team's intranet site.
What are the role requirements?- Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college.
- Junior or Senior level student in Marketing major is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with Canva and Adobe Suite preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Must possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Regular attendance, work ethic and strong interpersonal skills are required for success in this position.
