Job Purpose:

To support end-to-end marketing activities for B2B and B2C audiences using efficient systems and processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Marketing Cloud team with creative assets and deadlines.
  • Generate marketing performance reports from various data sources.
  • Maintain and enhance corporate and client dashboards in Google Data Studio.
  • Develop and manage UTM links and naming conventions.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and review of Marketing Cloud communications.
  • Support WordPress landing page maintenance and updates.
  • Assist in Social Media post creation.
  • Manage App Store and Google Play review logs.
  • Support Client Marketing with copy edits and versioning to ensure accurate documentation
  • Manage the translation process for client marketing material
  • Contribute to the development of Digital Marketing standard operating procedures.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in digital marketing as a rising senior.
  • Familiarity with advertising, social media, and marketing automation strategies and platforms. Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a plus.
  • Experience with marketing performance metrics and report building. Google Data Studio or PowerBI experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent project management, interpersonal, teamwork, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Driven team member with multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Agile, responsive, and eager to learn.
  • Passion for end-to-end B2B and B2C marketing.

Required Education
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in digital marketing as a rising senior.
Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is $20-25/hour.

Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment, you may be required to complete and clear a multi-panel drug screening process.
