The Marketing Insights team seeks to understand the needs, experiences, behaviors, and attitudes of our users and customers to maximize the value Meta can deliver across our platforms and services. Our team are experts in research technique and practice, but our differentiator is how we act as full-stack partners to help identify and actualize the marketing strategies that connect people and businesses to meaningful experiences.We're hiring a Marketing Researcher to partner with the Growth Marketing and Scaled Solutions organization within our Business Marketing team. This person will possess a mastery of qualitative and quantitative research study design and have experience influencing marketing, sales, and design partners to drive measurable results through growth marketing campaigns. In this role, you will partner with multiple internal teams including Product Marketing, Sales, Data Science, Design, and Analytics teams to plan, build, and lead primary marketing research with advertising partners to leverage business to business insights to drive marketing strategy. This person will be asked to demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, and strategic execution.

Required Skills:

Marketing Insights Researcher Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct in-depth quantitative research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
  2. Utilize qualitative research techniques, such as interviews and focus groups, to gather nuanced insights into customer needs and preferences.
  3. Develop and maintain research reports and dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into product development and marketing strategies.
  4. Influence go-to-market planning, execution, measurement, and scaling of growth marketing campaigns and product launches to drive best practice adoption and customer success.
Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in market research, with an emphasis on application of quantitative and qualitative methods to achieving marketing goals.
  2. Experience conducting Business-to-Business research in support of sales and/or marketing strategy and execution.
  3. Experience presenting complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  4. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  5. Experience of consistently working under your own initiative and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience

  1. Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  2. Experience in the tech industry or a time-sensitive, dynamic environment.
  3. Experience developing digital advertising campaigns and best practices around them (across content, design, email, CRM and A/B testing)
  4. Experience influencing cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product.
Public Compensation:

$103,000/year to $162,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
