In this role, you'll be a primary contact for our residents and prospective tenants-leasing apartments, coordinating renewals, planning resident events, and maintaining strong resident relations. A Day in the Life: As our Marketing, Sales, and Leasing Professional, you'll actively promote a positive public image for our company and manage both external and internal communications. We'll provide the tools and support you need to achieve your goals and make a real difference. What You Bring: Bilingual in English/Spanish Proficiency in Google Workspace, and familiarity with the internet (experience with Yardi CRM Software is a plus) A positive, "can-do" attitude, high level of enthusiasm, and professionalism Strong demonstration and closing skills Social media management expertise and a talent for company reputation management Attention to detail and a knack for marketing strategy Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is highly valued Background in copywriting and editing Flexibility for Saturday hours during high-vacancy periods Full Suite of Benefits including: Monthly commissions and Holiday Bonus Anniversary day off and Anniversary Bonus.
