Were seeking a talented and versatile Marketing Graphic Designer to join us at our Boca Raton headquarters. You will be working closely with the Head of Marketing to create visually compelling assets that tell our story, elevate our brand, and drive engagement across multiple channels.
You should be comfortable taking a project from initial concept to final delivery, balancing creativity with marketing objectives.

Responsibilities Design digital marketing assets: email campaigns, social media graphics, landing pages, paid media ads, infographics, and more.
Create print materials: brochures, one-pagers, event signage, trade show collateral, etc.
Maintain brand consistency across all designs and marketing touchpoints.
Produce basic video content: short clips, promotional videos, and simple animations for digital platforms.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to translate campaign goals into visually effective creative.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize deadlines, and maintain a high attention to detail.
Stay current with design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.
Must-Have Qualifications 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing-focused role.
Strong portfolio showcasing marketing-driven design work (both digital and print).
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or Premiere).
Solid understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer engagement strategies.
Experience designing for email, web, social media, and print.
Video editing and animation skills a big plus. (short videos, GIFs, animated graphics).
You know that great design isnt done in a vacuum you listen, ask the right questions, and collaborate naturally with teammates to get to the best result.
You know how to prioritize, pivot when needed, and keep creative projects moving without sacrificing quality.
Preferred Qualifications Experience working within a fast-paced marketing team or agency environment.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp) or website builders (e.g., Webflow).
Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for simple web updates.
Background in UX/UI principles and design thinking.
Strong eye for copy and messaging alignment in visual design.
