About Us: All Community Events, Inc. specializes in organizing and promoting nationwide run/walk marathons, Jack O'Lantern World Festivals, and Santa's Rock N Lights Drive Through Light Shows for nearly 300,000 attendees per year. Our mission is to bring people together in positive environments.

Position Overview: We are seeking a marketing-minded Graphic Designer to join our team. This unique role will involve designing and managing all aspects of graphics, marketing, advertising, product design, and social media campaigns. You will work closely with the president of All Community Events to conceptualize and execute innovative strategies that enhance our brand and reach. The focus is will be on creating and managing designs, ads and social on trend that sell.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visually compelling designs for promotional materials, advertisements, and digital content.

• Design and manage creative assets for social media platforms, email marketing, and company websites.

• Collaborate with the president and team to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns for our events.

• Oversee product design, including event shirts, finisher medals and other merchandise.

• Manage and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all platforms and projects.

• Execute, manage, monitor and analyze pay-per-click Facebook/Instagram and Google ad campaigns.

• Stay up-to-date on current design and marketing trends to ensure All Community Events remains innovative and competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

• Facebook and Google Ads experience preferred or willingness to learn.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in product design and advertising is a plus.

• Passion for creative problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
