Wilson Tool International is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Generalist to join our growing team. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Digital Marketing:
o Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEM/PPC, SEO, email marketing, and display advertising.
o Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
o Manage and optimize website content and user experience.
o Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Website Management:
o Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
o Monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement.
o Collaborate with web developers to implement website updates and enhancements.
• Content Creation:
o Develop compelling and informative content for various marketing channels, including the website, blog, social media, and email.
o Write and edit copy that is clear, concise, and aligned with the brand voice.
o Create visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Social Media Management:
o Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
o Create and schedule social media content across various platforms.
o Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and customer feedback.
o Analyze social media performance and provide reports.
• General Marketing Support:
o Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.
o Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
o Prepare marketing reports and presentations.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
• Performance Analysis:
o Track and evaluate the success of marketing efforts using data and KPIs.
o Set and monitor key performance indicators to assess campaign success and make strategic adjustments.
Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
Technical Skills:
• Expertise in SEM/PPC, SEO, and paid search campaigns.
• Proven experience with content creation, engagement, and analytics across major social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Interpersonal Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Creativity and innovation in content and campaign development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
Reporting Structure:
This position will report directly to the Marketing Manager and work closely with other marketing team members.
Work Environment:
• Inside; Office and manufacturing floor.
Compensation & Benefits:
Exempt: $60,000k -$90,000k annually DOQ
