POSITION SUMMARY The field supervisor will develop research methodologies and execute recurrent in-store and online research to help record consumer opinions on various products and topics.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Develop and elaborate research methodologies, including defining research types and designing questionnaires; establish settings for study execution, including sample size, periodicity, and filters.
- Coordinate sample collection, including training local interviewers on methods and processes; provide in-site support for special studies conducted in specific geographies. Support the interview process, execute interviews and sample recollection.
- Validate questionnaires and methodologies through pilots in the field
- Supervise the preparation of the performances and the correct handling of the product at store; Manage product samples at the store level, including retention samples for Research & Development (R&D).
- Review the tablet programs for correct functioning on the field.
- Oversee the application of sample processes, including managing the rotation of multiple sample options; review survey data to check for performance, adherence to filters, segment accuracy, and overall quality.
- Ensure the correct application of survey criteria for each brand, including target consumer identification and sample coverage.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Associate's Degree or 2 years of related experience
- One (1) year leadership experience
- One (1) year experience in research
License/Certifications
Preferred Qualifications - Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish reading, writing & speaking.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA's) - Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
