Firmin Recruit is excited to be working with our long-established manufacturing client based in Camberwell, London, SE5. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team and help grow our brand presence.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive will support the marketing team in developing product copy, managing offline marketing materials, and ensuring high-quality visual assets. This role requires creativity, organisation, and a keen interest in numismatics or collectibles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing compelling product descriptions and marketing materials for offline & online use.
• Coordinate with designers and photographers to ensure high-quality product images for both digital and print media and manage the dissemination of Marketing Asset packs to the relevant Sales teams.
• Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and the company website.
• Manage and grow the company s presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn & HubSpot (AI powered customer platform)
• Support email marketing efforts, including list management and campaign execution.
• Work closely with B2B sales team and B2C team to support marketing initiatives and sales growth.
• Help design promotional brochures, catalogues, and other printed materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Assist in writing and editing advertising copy.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for print production and distribution.
• Support event planning and participation in Industry shows, auctions, and industry conventions.
• Maintain an organised database of marketing assets and customer information.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Three years of marketing experience, preferably in collectibles, or a related industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in print marketing and copywriting.
• Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.
• Interest in collectibles, or investment markets is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: 9 am -5 pm Monday - Friday - Office based.
