Location: Preston - Hybrid role 3/2 days in the office

About the Role
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement with our B2B referral business, Key Partnerships. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be involved in campaign planning, content creation, social media management, digital marketing, event coordination, and analytics reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and publish marketing copy for websites, blogs, email newsletters, brochures, social media, and other platforms.
- Digital Marketing: Support SEO/SEM efforts, manage social media content calendars, and help run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
- Event Support: Assist in planning, promoting, and executing webinars, trade shows, and other marketing events.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, DotDigital and Microsoft Dynamics, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Brand Management: Ensure all content and communication adheres to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform campaign strategies.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B or B2C environment.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, DotDigital, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing trends.
- A, sleeves rolled up, can-do attitude.
Desirable Skills (Nice to Have)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Experience with A/B testing, email automation, or lead generation campaigns.
- Previous involvement in product launches or go-to-market strategies.
