Events Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment, working alongside passionate professionals. While you will have the support of the whole team, the ideal candidate should be able to own every aspect of planning and executing various events including in-person, virtual and hybrid conferences, trade shows, hackathons, and networking events. This will be an amazing opportunity for the right candidate to expand your expertise in a market with high potential.
Primary Responsibilities: - Work together with marketing management on a rolling events pipeline that aligns with companywide goals and objectives.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with external suppliers, vendors, and partners to support all event activities.
- Collaborate with embedded and ML ecosystem partners to design and execute events as part of co-marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing materials tailored for each event.
- Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including public relations, speaking engagements, sponsorships, logistics, and promotional materials.
- Develop an understanding of the Edge Impulse product and edge AI market.
Preferred Skills and Experience: - A minimum of 3 years of proven professional events experience, preferably in the tech industry
- Outstanding project management abilities, combined with a proactive and flexible approach to executing tasks.
- An eye for detail in planning and execution.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to extract insights from metrics and analytics to adjust future events as needed.
- Ability to travel to events domestically and internationally - travel expectation: appx 25%.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and incorporating diverse feedback from multiple people.
- Experience with event management software and lead tracking and pipelining tools and a willingness to learn new tools and processes
Academic Credentials: - Bachelor degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred or equivalent industry experience

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits : $106,400.00 - $159,600.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
