Marketing/Events Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Marketing/Events Coordinator with 5 or more years of experience for a full-time job in Oyster Bay, New York. This is an excellent role in Direct Hire within the non-profit industry.
Responsibilities:
- Execute timely and personalized donor acknowledgments, ensuring every contribution is recognized with branded tax receipts and thank-you communications that reinforce donor loyalty.
- Leverage CRM tools to generate segmented reports, curated mailing lists, and data-driven insights that fuel targeted marketing campaigns and donor outreach strategies.
- Provide strategic administrative support to senior advancement leadership, including managing donor touchpoints, coordinating meetings, and supporting relationship-building efforts.
- Maintain and optimize donor databases and contact lists to support seamless campaign execution and audience targeting across marketing and event initiatives.
- Assist in the development and rollout of branded marketing materials, including digital newsletters, event invitations, brochures, and social media content that drive engagement and visibility.
- Support the end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact fundraising events and donor experiences, from vendor coordination and logistics to on-site branding and guest engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational workflows, ensuring a cohesive and elevated donor and guest experience across all touchpoints.
- Troubleshoot and maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate gift processing, real-time reporting, and campaign performance tracking.
- Act as a key liaison with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of event logistics, branded materials, and experiential marketing elements.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of previous experience in Events, Operations or Marketing experience
- Proficient in CRM
