Job Description
Present a friendly and accommodating atmosphere, helping customers determine their needs and facilitate their request efficiently and accurately.
Present a professional appearance and abide by the guidelines outlined in the employee handbook.
The face of all marketing and events both internally and with our customers.
Manage and report on marketing & event budgets along with vendor co-op funds - ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
Coordinates advertising campaigns to promote the company through print, TV, and online media.
Manages all promotional items for customers, staff, and events.
Create / manage all social media platforms, customer updates & newsletters, and company websites.
Create, manage and utilize various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and traditional marketing methods, to generate sales traffic, excitement and attendance for our customers, corporation, and customers/staff events.
Responsible for all marketing collateral within the company including company catalogs, brochures, flyers, statement stuffers, signage, business cards, etc.
Runs company education initiatives including Contractor Seminar series throughout the year. Stays abreast of code and compliance requirements for customer base.
Stays in tune with new or growing marketing/advertising trends, styles, techniques, and technologies.
Comfortable presenting campaigns, programs, public speaking at events etc.
Manage, maintain, and effectively communicate a calendar of planned events and marketing campaigns, and maintain records and results.
Supports President with special projects as needed.
Ensure that all marketing and events align with the company's brand image, mission/vision statements, and messaging.
Represent the company professionally at all events, fostering positive relationships with customers, partners, and attendees.
Participates in team and other company meetings.
Responds to miscellaneous sales support and business requests.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
Excellent writing/editing, verbal communication, and time-management skills.
Organized, innovative, detail oriented, able to multi-task and work independently; enjoys creating and implementing new initiatives.
Critical thinker with strong analytical skills.
Self-motivated and open to learning new skills.
Effective and transparent team member, with strong problem-solving, and planning skills.
Must understand the urgency and importance of following up.
