This is a fast-paced, Hybrid/remote position and an opportunity for the right individual to be part of a dynamic and growing IT organization.

Position Requirements & Responsibilities

  • 1-3 years of professional experience working as a Marketing Assistant or Event Coordinator, ideally in the Information Technology space
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns, trade shows, event planning and execution
  • Planning vendor/client in office lunches & small seminars- Kitchen/Catering/Hospitality
  • Ordering of General office supplies, & coordinating Trade show materials, FedEx & UPS receiving & shipping
  • Extremely proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Enthusiastic, detail oriented & self-motivated
  • Good computer skills for generating reports viewing marketing metrics, extracting data and sharing information
  • Working knowledge of basic computer applications, programs and features with experience in graphic design is helpful.
  • Time management skills for juggling numerous time sensitive projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for representing the company in public and during partner events

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/business or 2-3 years' experience as a Marketing coordinator

Work Conditions

  • 40-hour week and availability during standard office hours expected
  • Some local travel may be expected
  • Computer-based position, sitting for extended periods of time (leading/attending virtual meetings)
  • Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
