We're partnering with a well-established and rapidly growing company in the construction, service, and maintenance industry to identify a hands-on Marketing Director who understands the market, the customers, and what it takes to stand out in a competitive, locally-driven space.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in West Palm Beach, FL. Candidates must be local and able to commute daily. Out-of-state applicants and agencies will not be considered.
About the Role
We're looking for a strategic and tactical Marketing Director who will lead both digital and traditional marketing efforts across multiple brands and locations. This is a key position for a company focused on growth through expansion and acquisition. You'll have a direct line to leadership and a real opportunity to make an impact from day one.
This is not your typical corporate marketing gig - we need someone who understands field service businesses and has experience marketing to residential and commercial customers. If you've marketed for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general contracting businesses - or used platforms like ServiceTitan - you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute the company's marketing strategy, including campaign development, brand positioning, and local market visibility
- Develop and manage SEO-driven website content and improve organic rankings
- Manage digital campaigns across paid search, social, and display with a focus on ROI
- Oversee social media presence and reputation management on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Lead creative initiatives for direct mail, sponsorships, radio, and billboard advertising
- Track performance across platforms using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints
- Evaluate opportunities to expand customer segments with tiered "Good, Better, Best" marketing strategies
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or advertising, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, construction, or other skilled trades/service businesses
- Experience using ServiceTitan or similar tools for customer engagement campaigns (e.g., SMS, upsells)
- Track record of generating leads through digital advertising and direct mail campaigns
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and content creation
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM) and strong reporting skills
- Comfortable working independently and leading agency/vendor partnerships
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed
