What You'll Be Trusted With
As our Marketing Manager, you'll drive the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance both our online and offline presence. You'll shape our brand identity across multiple locations, manage spend and ROI, and build partnerships that maximize the impact of our marketing investments.
You'll take the lead on:
- Developing and managing digital campaigns
- Optimizing our website for SEO
- Managing our social media presence and online reputation
- Overseeing traditional media (billboards, radio, sponsorships, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for individual business units and the organization as a whole.
- Use SEO/SEM to improve online visibility and drive search traffic.
Content Creation and Management
- Create compelling, SEO-optimized content for social, web, and email.
- Curate visuals and user-generated content that elevate the brand.
Social Media & Digital Advertising
- Manage social campaigns, staying up to date with trends and platform changes.
- Launch and manage paid digital campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) with clear ROI reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align brand messaging.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Use tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and automation platforms to gain insights and refine tactics.
Collaboration and Innovation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on brand and communication goals.
- Oversee third-party agencies and vendors, managing execution, budget, and results.
- Stay ahead of marketing trends to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
Preferred Experience
We're looking for someone who brings a results-driven mindset and can demonstrate success in the following:
- Proven track record of executing marketing campaigns through ServiceTitan, especially: SMS campaigns promoting new products to existing customers
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with direct mail campaigns to generate new business
- Demonstrated success running impactful social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Proven ability to develop and implement "Good, Better, Best" marketing strategies to segment offerings and enhance upsell opportunities
What Matters Most for This Role
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in advertising or digital marketing
- Creativity and skill in writing, design, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in SEO strategies and tools
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed
