They are looking for a Marketing Director to join their team.

Salary: - up to $160,000 Base Salary
You will be the driving force behind the company's innovative marketing strategies. Your leadership will empower cross-functional collaboration and market intelligence to enhance their brand presence.
Responsibilities Include:
- Build and guide a high-performing marketing team focused on branding, creative design, and employee engagement.
- Set clear marketing goals aligned with B2B and B2C strategies to drive business growth.
- Partner with sales and category management teams to uncover new revenue opportunities and optimize current sales tools.
- Develop compelling social media strategies and expand our presence on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize market insights to inform your marketing approaches and ensure alignment with company values.
- Create impactful promotional initiatives through PR, influencer collaborations, and traditional advertising methods.
- Oversee digital content creation, ensuring engaging material that elevates our brand message.
- Manage all aspects of brand representation, from packaging to sales collateral.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI of marketing efforts.
- Foster a collaborative and inspiring work environment for your team.
To be considered for this role you will require:
- 5+ years in marketing, ideally within the food or consumer packaged goods sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; culinary degree is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal skills to engage with team members at all levels.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
