Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Director located in St. Louis, MO. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include training sales staff, overseeing sales operations, and engaging with potential clients. The role also involves coordinating marketing initiatives, analyzing sales data, and contributing to business growth through effective sales and marketing tactics.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in Training and developing sales staff
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
- Experience in the Real Estate Sector is REQUIRED.
Compensation
- $75,000-$125,000
