About the Position:

We are seeking a results-driven and highly organized Director of Marketing to oversee a multifaceted role supporting sales and training programs for a nationwide network of luxury showrooms.


This position offers a unique opportunity to manage a flagship training initiative, oversee marketing collateral creation, and contribute to the successful execution of key events like national trade shows. It demands a proactive and autonomous leader with a strong ability to collaborate and manage external resources effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


Marketing Materials & Content Creation:

  • Develop impactful sales collateral and marketing content, including photography, writing, and organized data sets (e.g., Excel).
  • Utilize InDesign to create high-quality price books and other marketing materials to support sales teams and showroom locations.

Training Oversight:

  • Manage and execute a leading training program that supports luxury showroom sales staff across North America.
  • Oversee training calendars, monitor program performance, and maintain an engaging presence with sales teams and designers.

Budget Management & Reporting:

  • Track, manage, and report on an annual training program budget of $1.5 million to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Provide detailed reporting and insights to senior leadership during weekly sales meetings.

Collaboration & Engagement:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for external subcontractors (e.g., print and video production teams).
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with external sales representatives, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.

Trade Show Management:

  • Lead planning, organization, and execution of national trade shows, including setup coordination for events.

Qualifications:

  • Experience developing sales collateral and supporting sales development programs.
  • Proficiency in InDesign for creating professional price books and other materials.
  • Hands-on experience with trade show planning, management, and execution.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining accuracy and focus.
  • Experience designing and executing structured marketing engagement plans.
