Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead our efforts in the US pharmaceutical market, with a focus on the Central Nervous System (CNS) therapeutic area. This role is pivotal in driving long-term success by developing and executing strategic and operational plans aligned with our global brand strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US pharmaceutical landscape, significant experience launching new products, deep understanding of the CNS specifically Schizophrenia marketplace, and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning:

  • Develop a comprehensive strategic plan for Erzofri & Rykindo in the US market.
  • Design and implement an affiliate marketing and operational plan that aligns with the global brand strategy, focusing on building a robust brand presence in the US market.
  • Build-up & manage portfolio and pipeline for US market.

Collaboration and Execution:

  • Partner with the US commercial team to execute both strategic and operational plans, ensuring both short-term and long-term goals are met.
  • Field force support in terms of field ride-along, product training, promotional material development.
  • Collaborate with the medical affairs team to establish and manage an opinion leader network to enhance the company's reputation and influence.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to champion and prepare for new product launches, including the execution of detailed launch plans for the US market.

Market Analysis and Support:

  • Provide strategic support for international business operations in the US, including market intelligence, market research, and actionable insights.
  • Support the business development team in conducting market assessments and due diligence for potential in-licensing opportunities and M&A candidates.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with significant expertise in the CNS therapeutic area.
  • Extensive knowledge of the US pharmaceutical market, including strong experience and proven success in launching new products.
